Prices shown on right are for 7 nights, arriving on a Saturday afternoon/evening and departing on the following Saturday morning before 10am. £50 discount per week off from November to March for 4 persons or less.

1.ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Please plan to arrive after 15.00pm and leave by 10.00am on the final day. This ensures adequate time to service the villa.
2. DEPOSIT: Bookings must be accompanied with a cheque for £200 (or Euro 300) per week as deposit. The deposit is non-refundable.
3. BALANCE: The outstanding balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before the arrival date. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date must be paid in full.
4. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A sum of £200 will be added to the final balance. This will be refunded once it has been confirmed that no monies are due.
5. RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY: The renter and his party will treat the accommodation with due care and leave it in the condition it was found. In the event of any damage or breakage then please let me know.
6. PUBLIC LIABILITY: This booking requires that the lead client and all the members of his group have taken out adequate personal travel insurance. The owner cannot be held responsible for failure to do so. The owner is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death of any persons that visits the property. The owner shall not be responsible for any loss or delay due to any causes beyond their control including bad weather and cold weather. The owner cannot be held responsible for any mechanical breakdowns of pumps, boilers, swimming pool systems etc or the failure of local utilities such as water and electricity. The owner cannot be held responsible for any noise or disturbance, which is beyond their control or originates outside the holiday villa. The owner will use all endeavours to remedy any faults with the minimum of delay.
